ABOUT ISTQB-KENYA

SOFTWARE TESTING ASSOCIATION

Software Testing Association is the official representative of the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB®) in Kenya.

The main goals are to:

  • Promote ISTQB® certification programmes among professionals and students.  
  • Open specific ISTQB® certification programmes such as test automation engineer to the local community.
  • Administer ISTQB® training and examination.
  • Administer certificates to candidates.
  • Accredit local training institutions and examination centres.
  • Promote software quality assurance as a career among students.
  • Work with educational institutions to upgrade academic

ISTQB EXAMS IN KENYA

ISTQB EXAMS & CERTIFICATIONS

ISTQB Exams are organized and administered from Nairobi, Kenya. These are done by candidates remotely from their home or office location using a computer or laptop. While the paper-based physical exams sessions at the ISTQB Test Centre take place at the Nairobi City centre.

The candidates shall be required to present a nationally accepted identification document at the security desk/before entering the examination room. No electronic devices or reading material shall be permitted inside the examination room.
